The Service

આપदिWebsite lets businesses create template-based websites at aapdi.website/your-name with a product catalogue, customer inquiry tracking, direct WhatsApp commerce buttons, and an optional Instagram integration that displays your Instagram feed and automates comment replies. Features may be added, changed or removed as the platform evolves.

User Responsibilities

આપदिWebsite is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) platform. All content uploaded by users—including profiles, media, products, forms, blogs, and more—is the sole responsibility of the user. We provide tools, not supervision. આપदिWebsite does not review, monitor, or verify any user-generated content.

Prohibited Activities

• Uploading illegal, misleading, or harmful content
• Using the platform for phishing, scamming, or impersonation
• Attempting to bypass platform security or access unauthorized data
• Spamming users or links with unsolicited content
• Using Instagram comment automations to send spam, deceptive messages, or content that violates Meta's platform policies

Instagram Integration

• The Instagram integration is optional and requires an Instagram Professional account (Business or Creator). Connection happens through Meta's official login — we never ask for your Instagram password.
• By connecting Instagram you authorize આપदिWebsite to fetch and display your public posts/reels on your website and, if enabled, to send automated private replies to comments on your behalf.
• You remain fully responsible for the content of your Instagram posts and your configured automation messages, and you must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and platform policies.
• The feature depends on Meta's APIs; આપदिWebsite is not liable for interruptions, rate limits, or changes imposed by Meta. You can disconnect Instagram at any time from your dashboard.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, layout, and branding belongs to આપदिWebsite. Users retain rights to their content but grant us a license to host and display it within the service.

Liability Disclaimer

આપदिWebsite is not liable for any misuse of the platform or third-party content uploaded by users. You use આપदिWebsite at your own discretion. The service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind.

Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via aapdi.website/delete-ac or by emailing support@aapdi.website. Deletion is irreversible and includes your website, products, inquiries and any connected Instagram data.

Policy Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any modifications.
