We never see or ask for your Instagram password — login happens securely on Instagram itself.
Access tokens issued by Meta are stored encrypted and are never shared or exposed publicly.
We store a copy of your public Instagram posts and reels so your website can display them quickly without contacting Instagram on every visit.
If you enable comment auto-replies, we process incoming comment events from Meta to send your configured private reply, and we keep a log of these automations for your dashboard.
You can disconnect Instagram anytime from your dashboard — this removes the stored connection, tokens, cached media and automations.
WhatsApp Commerce
